HOW IS YOUR ARTWORK SHIPPED TO CUSTOMERS?

Original artwork will be shipped by Parcelforce Worldwide. It will be carefully wrapped using strong, protective packaging. All original artwork is dispatched to customers within 10 working days. You can also choose the option of free collection if you are a local customer. 

Our prints are posted 1st Class Royal Mail and are packaged within protective packaging to keep them safe during transit. Currently we only ship within the UK, however we will look to expand shipping in 2022.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT VOUCHERS?

Currently Brushstroke Creative do not offer gift vouchers. However if you would like to treat a loved one we can organise a gift voucher in the form of a letter with a credit note enclosed.

DOES HELEN OFFER COMMISSIONS?

Helen is currently working solely on paintings for Brushstroke Creative and will not be taking on private commission work. If you can't find the right painting on our website, do get in touch as we could be able to help. New work is always being created and there could be a 'work in progress' or finished piece that's exactly what you are looking for!

DO YOU SELL THE ARTWORK PRINTS IN LARGER QUANTITIES?

If you're a commercial business such as a hotel group, retail outlet or interior designer, do get in touch to discuss buying print work in larger quantities.


Currently website print orders are limited to 100 of any one print per order. For orders larger than this Lizzie will be able to discuss business to business rates and your exact requirements.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND OR RETURN POLICY?

Original Artwork

We want you to love your original art purchase! But if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your original art in the same condition it was sold to you. The return needs to be within a 14 day time frame from the date your artwork arrived with you. Customers are required to cover the cost of postage and packaging for returns. Refunds will be processed in the same format  payment was made.

Print Artwork

We hope you love your Giclee Fine Art Print! Prints are bespoke and printed to order for each customer, therefore once ordered they are none refundable and can not be returned.
